Together with the administrative staff working in our operations in Ankara and İstanbul as well as in Europe and Asia, we operate with more than 50 colleagues.

In line with our growing organisation, we continue to develop our team in a range of areas, primarily foreign trade operations, procurement, logistics, quality control and finance. A sense of responsibility, the disciplined follow-up of processes, accurate record keeping and timely communication hold an important place in our working culture.

Our operations are carried out through the coordinated work of different fields of expertise. The contract, procurement, quality control, loading, logistics, finance and documentation stages of a commercial process are completed with the contribution of different teams. This structure allows our colleagues to become familiar not only with their own area of responsibility but with the operation as a whole, and to gain experience of working across disciplines.

Thanks to our international buyer and supplier network, our daily work is intertwined with different markets, time zones, languages and commercial practices. Depending on the requirements of the position, foreign language skills and experience in international trade and contract processes as well as in payment and letter-of-credit practices are a significant advantage.

In our recruitment processes we consider, alongside academic background, candidates' professional experience, competencies and the practical knowledge the position requires. Depending on the field of activity, we regard first-hand familiarity with operational processes such as warehousing, ports, customs, loading, weighing and quality control as an important part of understanding the business as a whole.
